Privacy
This website measures visits without cookies and without collecting personal data. Here is exactly what happens.
Who is responsible
it-tudes, VAT Y5825223G. Contact: hello@it-tudes.tech.
What we measure
To understand how the site is used we count visits with GoatCounter, an open-source analytics tool that we run on our own server. For each page view it records the page address, the referring website, browser and operating system, screen size and country. The country is derived from the IP address, which is not stored.
We also count clicks on the contact buttons, on our e-mail address and on links to our products.
What we do not do
No cookies, no other data stored on your device, no tracking across other websites, no advertising, and nothing is shared with third parties.
To tell a new visit from a repeat page view, GoatCounter keeps a combination of IP address and browser identifier in memory for at most 8 hours. It is never written to disk.
Where the data is kept
On our own server, hosted by Hetzner Online in Germany (EU). The statistics are aggregated, contain no personal data, and are kept for as long as they are useful to us.
Server logs
Like any web server, ours keeps technical logs, including IP addresses, to keep the service secure and to fix errors. They are not used for statistics and are not shared.
Legal basis
Our legitimate interest in understanding and improving this website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
When you write to us
We use your e-mail address and what you send us only to reply and, if we work together, for the project. We do not add you to any mailing list.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, or object to its processing, by writing to hello@it-tudes.tech. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, such as the Spanish AEPD (aepd.es) or the authority in your country.
